Berowra Train Accident: two or three has been killed by a cargo train in Sydney’s far north short-term, subsequent to attempting to recover a telephone from the tracks.

9News grasps Aroulen Chinnien and his accomplice, a lady in her 30s, had got into a contention when the lady’s telephone was tossed onto the tracks.

She hopped onto the rail line to recover her telephone, and Chinnien followed to attempt to push her far removed of the approaching train.

The train couldn’t stop in time, striking them both soon after 12 PM.

Police are regarding the episode as misfortune.

The pair were treated by paramedics, notwithstanding, they kicked the bucket at the scene.

They have not been officially distinguished.

Talking today, Representative Magistrate Mal Lanyon said it’s accepted the pair were attempting to recover something that had a place with one of them, that had fallen onto the tracks.

They are accepted to be known to one another.

Rail administrations among Hornsby and Gosford were suspended for around two hours, however have now re-opened.

Police are exploring the occurrence.

A report will be ready for the coroner.
